Great video, well presented and great info but the links on Twitter have changed, for instance that ‘Downloads’ link no longer appears at the bottom nor does that ‘Search’ link.
I recommend this video to my clients so forgive me for dropping a recommendation for desktop app ‘TweetDeck’ which makes Twitter so much easier to use.
